Due to the inactive members in the forums; there is list of rules I want to post. Here they are:
1. If you are inactive on the forums you may be demoted.
2.Don't spam on forums. Post topics where they belong.
3. No disresptecting any one even if they are a Soviet.
I will list more when they come to mind.

Wow pro/de-motions based on forum activity... pretty harsh/random. Personally I would still base ranks on skill, even if the person is a Jackass. Well, maybe not, but still basing rank partially on posts is kinda rigged.

well if they suck but have like a million posts they not gonna get promoted so ya ima fix it so that u can only get demoted lol
