How many ppl do we need to start divisions? Bc I was wondering if Fenix and I can be a leader of one.

Well I am currently thinking about making a training division for example it would look like this.

and it would be used to have 2 people training up to 6 ppl on anything they know this would be help full for newer members and such. just thinking about when and it would be called Boot Camp.

also i will start divsion once we get at least 20 members becuase we have 11 and just 1 division wouldnt even be full

So how is ranking done anyways? Simply on ability? I don't understand why I am an Oberschütze anyways, as I don't believe I've ever played a match where people observed my abilities. I did play one game with other clan members, but everyone was goofing off...

So yeah basically when I joined someone was like "let's make him an Obershütze" and that was that. Wtf.

Someone should actually test my abilities. I think that ought to be a first step in recruiting someone, not just on recommendations.

Well i might be interested as a "Tranie" on diplo, but ww2 i think i'm good(Hope thats ok), And if you creat divisions, perhaps if you could put me in a Falschrimjager division I'd be pretty happy. Or creat it to be one of the better divisions(elites[Cause German Falschrimjager in ww2 were some of the best of the best]) or Perhaps a Panther/Pazner(Don't think it would be usefull,just cool) Division.

Mmm the Falschrimjager is the airborne right? Well again as this kinda pointless (seeing as we still only have 13 members), I think we should have divisions based on countries (obviously not just one, but a group of countries that may play similar), or on playing style (I'm not informed on "pro" diplo, so there may not be much variation in playing style at all but whatever I don't know).

Well that's my input. And I still need to be tested. I've played another game or two w/the clan but still no feedback on my abilities. Seriously I kinda want to know where my abilities lie in this clan (in terms of 7.7).

ya it would be nice to know where we stand. Timbore you knew to test everyone. Do like a major 1v1 each other. Some kinda of tournement to know where we stand.
